Halloween in the Mountain West
Living in the Mountain West area provides a plethora of things to do - hiking, biking, whitewater rafting, and more. Salt Lake City has some of the best outdoor adventures anyone can look for. During October, however, other outdoor adventures pop up. I’m talking about Haunted Houses. There are tons to choose from - Nighmare on 13th, Rocky Point Haunted House, and more.
I was recently on a trip to Denver, however, and I came across the best (read:spookiest) haunted house I’ve ever been to. Celebrating a Denver Halloween can be downright scary. Haunted Denver is a site that directed me to a good haunted house where I went with some friends, and to tell you the truth, it’s somewhere you want to go with a big group of people. Their special effects are super scary - I was clutching my boyfriend’s arm the entire time. (I’m sure he enjoyed it, though.) At any rate, if you’re looking for some fun either in Salt Lake City or Denver this year, be sure to check out some haunted houses. They’re super scary!
